Front of House Supervisor
We are looking for a driven and eager front of house Supervisor who is looking for a new and exciting role within a growing company to progress and develop their career. You should have a relaxed and level-headed approach to management as well as a passion for hospitality by going the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience.
* An enthusiastic approach to people management and excellent customer service skills
* Proactive and motivational attitude to work
* Previous experience at a supervisory level for a minimum of 1 year
The role:
* Salary of up to GBP22,000 per annum
* Great opportunity for career development and progression within a growing business
* Opening and closing of the pub
* Cashing up and till operation
* Working 5 over 7 days
* Delivering superb customer service and going above and beyond
* Upholding quality standards
* Live in accommodation available

The establishment is an independently run pub based in the surrounding countryside in the Gomshall area. With a great reputation for food along with friendly and professional service this pub is popular with both the locals and visitors with something for everyone.
