Care Managers provide an integral link between all departments assisting in achieving joint objectives and meeting rigorous deadlines all in the interest of customer satisfaction and business wide efficiency.
Individuals will interface in decisions regarding supply and manufacturing capabilities working as a ‘team’ to implement account prioritisation.
Customer Care managers will set the industry benchmark offering a unique and unsurpassable service to both Customers and internal departments.

- KPI issuing.
- Service Meetings
- Quarterly Reviews (all stake holders)
- ISL Reporting
- Age Of Stock Management
- General Stock Management
- Quality Hold Management
- Stock Allocation
- Shorts Reduction
- Trailer Maximisation
Skills and Experience:
- Accurate & interpersonal.
- Numerate & analytical.
- Computer Literate in micro soft applications – Word, Excel & powerpoint.
- High levels of written & communication skills.
