Customer Service Advisor / Web Design Coordinator

A web savvy Customer Service Advisor / Web Design Coordinator is needed to join a leading web hosting company in Stevenage. Working at the forefront of the business, expect to progress your career liaising and advising customers on the best web design and hosting packages for them.

Founded in 1999 and based from a state-of-the-art data centre in Stevenage our client is a leader in the world of web hosting and domain name provision. Establishing themselves as the largest organically grown web hosts and registrars in the UK, they pride themselves on delivering affordable, secure and reliable solutions. Due to ongoing expansion they are now seeking a customer focused Website Design Advisor / Customer Service Executive to join the team.

Responsible for all inbound leads you'll act as the first point of call to clients educating them on services available, selling packages and delivering end-to-end customer service ensuring client expectations are exceeded with their brand-new websites. Expect a multifaceted role where you will work closely with customers to define and document the vision for their web ambitions whilst liaising with freelance designers to bring this to fruition.

To qualify. You should be a web savvy Customer Service Advisor / Web Design Coordinator / Website Design Advisor / Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Website Advisor / Web Design Account Coordinator / Account Coordinator / Account Executive / Digital Account Executive / Digital Account Coordinator / Web Administrator / Project Executive / Digital Project Assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Strong customer service skills;
  • That you are highly organised and a stickler for detail;
  • The ability to follow processes;
  • A knowledge and understanding of WordPress and its core functionality (theme, plugin and user management etc.);
  • An understanding of web design;
  • An understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
