Service Advisor (Trainee)
A leading Kent based company is offering an excellent opportunity for a trainee service advisor/apprentice join the team at their dealership.
The role involves:
Meeting/greeting customers when they bring their car in for a service,
Making up job cards
Liaising with customers during the day about extra work required
Invoicing the work at the end of the day
Customer satisfaction is a crucial part of this role, the company prides itself on its customer satisfaction results.
The role does include working Saturday mornings on a rota
Clean Driving Licence (3 points acceptable) useful
Phone Peter or e-mail
Motorvation cover all of England. We have a variety of jobs available from Dealer Principal, to Sales Executives, Parts, Service and Technicians positions
