We are looking for an experienced, energetic Chef de Partie to join our clients Catering team situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. Our client is a unique and exciting venue catering for 10,000 students in a range of Restaurants, Cafes and Bars and also an award winning conference and wedding venue.

The ideal candidate must be motivated by people, with a passion for food and able to support other members of the team. You must be able to stay highly focused during intense service periods whilst maintaining attention to detail.
To be successful in this post you will need:
• A real passion for food and creative flair
• Excellent craft skills
• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
• Experience in high volume catering and fine dining
• Appropriate Craft and Health and Safety Qualifications
Key responsibilities
To prepare and cook dishes for meals to be served for Counter service, Banquet and Fine Dining. Food must be well balanced, seasoned correctly and be presented at a very high standard.
As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a team developing:
• an excellent customer experience to all our students, staff and visitors
• Menu planning and Costings
• Kitchen processes and team training
* Ensure food is prepared and delivered to a high standard.
This is a full time position, 35 hours per week for 52 weeks per year
Various shifts available for breakfast, lunch & dinner
**Essential knowledge & skills**
Hygiene including HACCP
Food Hygiene (minimum level 2)
An excellent knowledge of Food
Knowledge of COSHH & HACCP
Fire Safety Knowledge
Demonstrable cooking skills
Confident communicating with customers and clients in an engaging way

• Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and evenings as necessary
• Clean Driving License
