Branch Manager / Regional Manager

The Position:

We are looking for a Branch / Regional Manager to lead the existing team, recruit additional staff and oversee the day to day delivery of the business.

What we're looking for:

This is a multi-sector role and would suit someone that ideally has experience managing in one or more of the above sectors. We are looking for a collaborative and strong leader who is proactive and motivated.

Responsibilities include: -

• Strong management experience of at least 2 years
• Professionalism that shares our values, providing inspiration and leadership to the consultants.
• Providing clear direction and setting/reviewing goals and targets.
• To complete performance reviews and appraisals with the team.
• Providing coaching and development on core recruitment concepts and principles showing commitment to the long term development of consultants.
• To provide Recruitment expertise and guidance in day to day situations in running an office.
• A track record of improving branch efficiencies and profitability.
• Experience in developing a sales strategy and generating opportunities
• Experience in meeting and exceeding all financial/growth targets
