We are pleased to advertise for the above permanent position within our Supported Living Department.
The successful candidate will have management experience and have a proven track record of demonstrating good autism practice. We are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate that they can assist with the quality and development of the Supported Living Projects is forward thinking and able to develop innovative practice and support a person centred led service. Strong leadership skills are essential, together with the ability to communicate and delegate effectively to the team.
You should have a relevant Health & Social Care qualification and be educated to at least Level 3. Ideally, the successful candidate will also have achieved a management qualification. Further training opportunities will be provided. Flexibility in the role will be required and the successful candidate will undertake on call duties as part of the duty manager rota.
