We are seeking to appoint the following post:

Caretaker

Permanent, Full-Time

£19,733 to £22,490 per annum.  Progression beyond point 26 (£21,133 per annum) is subject to internal test of competency in use of CCTV and heating systems.  Full training will be provided.

The College is seeking to appoint a full-time Caretaker to join its Estates Team

and is looking to appoint an enthusiastic person as soon as possible. This exciting opportunity will be working within our large sixth form college of 2,400 students. 

The role of the Caretaker plays an important part in the efficient functioning and maintenance of the college site.  Key responsibilities include site security, preparation for events and functions, repairs and maintenance, and monitoring of systems including heating and CCTV.
