The Role    

As the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing security personnel and daily operational issues at a customer’s site in Alderley Edge.      

Leading by example, you’ll demonstrate Securitas’ values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness in your day-to-day activities. You’ll act as the first point of contact for security matters and ensure that any issues are swiftly dealt with.      

Your other duties will involve:      

- Rigorously reviewing and promoting health and safety on site      
- Ensuring all team members have undertaken necessary vetting, security clearance and training      
- Co-ordinating the rota and ensuring there is sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and absences      
- Actively encouraging staff recognition and staff nominations for awards      
- Monitoring any faults with security related equipment      

About You   

To be considered, you will need:      

- A current SIA licence 
- A full five year checkable work history      
- Competency in MS Word, Excel and email (Outlook)      
- Excellent communication skills    
- A highly-organised approach  

Ideally, you’ll have Health and Safety at Work, Customer Service and First Aid at Work training, but this isn’t essential. 

Other companies may call this role Site Security Manager, Site Manager, Operations Manager, Security Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager.    

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00. You’ll also be required to respond to out of hours escalations.
