They utilise the very best from the sea as well as their self-sustaining island to create unique top class fine dining. The Chef has a unique style that is reflected in the way they service a discerning clientele
Role
As Pastry Chef you can be expected to assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will be required to maintain high standards of service that the customers have grown accustomed to. The ideal candidate would come from a rosette awarded background although this is not essential as the role includes personal development & training.
