We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Pre-school Learning Alliance in achieving key objectives by effectively and efficiently providing administration duties to the East Anglia Service Hub based in Swavesey, Cambridge.
This is an interesting, varied role and one that includes supporting our safer recruitment process, organising, marketing and attending Alliance member events, maintaining databases, working with the Service Manager to improve on our current processes, leading on the local website along with the day to day support at the office.
The successful candidate will have the experience and ability to deal effectively and courteously with telephone calls, emails, written correspondence, maintaining appropriate records and taking minutes at meetings. You will have the ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet explorer or equivalent; amongst other duties.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and does require a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
