Resource Planning Analyst - cGBP20,000 - Bradford - 12 month FTC

Your new role
Use your expertise to manage the use of resources across the team, managing real-time changes, such as spikes in customer activity or planning for absence. You will work with business volumes and forecasts to implement changes to rotas, holidays and absences and develop your own solutions and ideas of how to continuously improve the system.
What you'll need to succeed
* Good experience analysing data and ensuring accuracy in all of your work.
* Previous experience evaluating performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies.
* Systems knowledge, such as Excel, is a key part of the role and having working knowledge of telephony systems would be an advantage.
