Job Purpose
Digital HR and Rewards Specialist
To support and co-ordinate the design, development and ongoing management of the global reward framework, and in particular, management of annual cyclical compensation processes ie. Pay review, annual bonus.
To support the implementation of the Global HRIS programme, with specific responsibility for key modules associated with core reward processes.
The individual will also be required to provide some support for the global mobility process, conducting payroll reconciliation, tracking active assignments, and supporting reporting processes as necessary.
Job Requirements
* Excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
* Experience with implementing/ support a global HRIS in a complex global organization
* Excellent knowledge of HR reporting / Advanced Excel knowledge
* Degree educated desirable but not essential
* Previous experience in compensation and benefits role or HR analytical role required:
* Compensation cyclical processes
* Reporting
* Support for the development of global compensation frameworks.
Systems and IT Skills
* Advanced Excel knowledge essential
* Advanced knowledge of HR Information Systems, in particular, SAP / Success Factors
