Part Time Telesales Executive

Brook Street (UK) Limited is working with our client in the Dargan Crescent area of Belfast to recruit part time telesales executives for their growing business.

This is an office based telephone sales role.

The candidates hired in this role would work closely with internal managers to increase range, manage profit and meet sales targets for a designated customer base.

The role involves working 20hrs per week on a rotational shift basis - working between 7am and 7pm on a Monday to Saturday basis.

There will be just 1 in 4 Saturdays required and the hours on a Saturday will be between 8am - 2pm.
You will be provided with a rota 4 weeks in advance to allow you to plan around your shifts.

Duties

* Working from a call list, make regular outbound calls to customers to up-sell and cross-sell products from the extensive company range of products.
* Liaise with the supply chain and transport teams to promptly resolve any customer issues
* Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of supply-chain and transport resource
* Previous sales / customer service experience (FMCG desirable)
* Target-focused with a strong drive to succeed
* Customer-focused with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong PC Skills

Applicants should have previous telephone sales experience and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
