Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Kent
A global, medium sized building services engineering consultancy are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for their office in Kent. With over 40 years' experience in designing architecturally led, sustainable buildings and spaces across the UK and the UAE they offer diverse projects, quick progression and a great work and life balance.
Now entering their next planned phase of growth, they are looking for a client facing Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to work with them; rather than just working for them and assist with its ongoing expansion and success.
Working in a close knit and social team of around 50 engineers you will be responsible for leading your own projects across the commercial office, hotel, education and healthcare projects across the London and home counties. This will involve remaining hands on in the design process, leading client and design team meetings, mentoring a small team of Mechanical Engineers and also assisting the Directors with fee proposals and resource planning.
Ideally, they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who is degree qualified, has at least five years' experience and can genuinely lead and deliver projects independently.
