The Position
We looking for a Customer Executive on behalf of our client who are a leading law firm in the South East. The position sits within the collections and recoveries team where you will take ownership and responsibilities of debt recovery cases. You will need to research and analyse cases in order to decide the best course of action, adhering to regulatory requirements to ensure collections are maximised but within a compliant framework.
The Person
You will be an excellent communicator as most of the day you will be on the phone. Additionally, you will be inquisitive and take a flexible attitude towards resolving problems to a successful conclusion. You will also embark on a comprehensive learning and development plan.
