An Architectural Technician is required for a dynamic architectural practice based in Leeds City centre. This is a brilliant chance to join a practice who specialise on residential developments within the Yorkshire region.

Dynamic architectural practice based in Leeds City Centre with onsite parking and close by to train stations. This role will allow the Architectural Technician to become a specialist within the vastly expanding residential and housing developer industry.
The Architectural Technician role will work on all aspects of residential and housing development schemes.
Why This Position?
As the Architectural Technician, your role will focus on producing working details for residential schemes, production of building regulation specifications and working closely with the team and clients throughout the process. It will also be expected that you work closely with contractors on site making sure work is carried out to the standards expected.
To Be Considered
* Previous experience of residential/house building
* Technical awareness
* An understanding of Revit
* Ability to produce working drawings to comply with current building regulations
* CDM Knowledge
* Identify problems and work to deadlines under pressure.

Salary up to GBP30k for the right candidates (depending on experience)
