Working into a Head of Campaigns you will join a dynamic Audience Team responsible for community management, gathering community insights, running paid campaigns and using your knowledge of the community to create engaging content and activation ideas.
Social Media Manager Experience and Capabilities Sought:
+ Experienced and a clear understanding of the role that Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn play for clients.
+ Experienced in using a range of tools to understand audience social behaviours, such as social listening, influencer tracking and reporting tools to build insights
+ Confident in developing and implementing effective paid social always on and campaign strategies and plans, monitoring and optimising towards agreed KPIs.
+ Passionate about social media best practices and be able to advise clients on a host of social tactics (content formats, ad formats, targeting, influencer engagement) to meet specific business/marketing objectives
+ You are experienced in social content planning in line with client objectives and channel and industry trends
+ Always looking to generate learnings and recommendations based on actual activity understand what engages audiences and optimise across paid social plans and social content
+ Clear understanding of Social Media tracking methodologies and techniques – with the ability to create concise and insightful reports
+ Your approach to Community Management is not admin-focused but insight-focused
+ You seek to understand and engage with the community to improve your campaign recommendations
+ Social media best practice is at the heart of everything you do - from handles to hashtags and everything in between
In your current role you might be: Planning and implementing social media campaigns, creating measurement frameworks across paid, owned and earned activity, generating reports and showcasing the impact of social media, working with creatives to develop social content, working with influencers, tracking trends, building audience profiles.

In your current role you might be: Client-facing, part of a multi-disciplinary team, write and present your own presentations (plans, strategies and reports), juggling multiple clients and objectives, get stuck-in across both planning and implementation
Nice to haves:
+ Paid advertising experience outside of social channels Black book of influencer and partner relationships Multi-lingual (Spanish)
+ Experience in Travel & Hospitality and Food & Beverage categories is favourable
