Your new company
Our client based in Bicester are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Business Partner.This is a newly created post that will be directly reporting to the Head of HR and will be heavily involved with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Your new role
As HR Business Partner you will be providing strategic support and advice to senior management as well as building and maintaining strong relationships. You will be responsible for a wide range of casework including liaising with unions on tribunals and settlements.Another key aspect of this role is the coaching and development of managers and the wider leadership team throughout a period of change.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent employment law knowledge with a good understanding of tribunal and union processes. It is desirable that you have previously worked at a Business Partner level within a complex organisation. Experience of TUPE processes, change management and organisational development would also be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous annual salary between GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 dependant upon your experience, You will also receive and excellent further benefits package along with on going support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a very exciting stage.
