Pastoral Support Worker
Salary: Delta Grade F GBP21,074 - GBP23,111 (pro rata approximately GBP18,488 - GBP20,275)
Hours: 37 Term time only plus 1 week
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Weeks: 40

We are looking for a Pastoral Support Worker with the flexibility to work at both Campuses to support the development of behaviour and emotional wellbeing of some of our most vulnerable students.
A desire to work with children and young people and to ensure that they have the support needed to overcome barriers to their learning is essential. Flexibility will be key in this role, as well as supporting the behavioural and emotional development of our students.
Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. A grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent, is essential.
