Customer Service Executive
An internationally renowned retail business is looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to join the team for the peak Christmas shopping period.
To be successful in this customer-facing role you will need to have a positive and resilient nature, as well as a drive to deliver excellent customer service.
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Deal with customer enquires via telephone, email or through social media
- Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Take notes and keep details records of customer interaction
- Process payments and complete customer orders over the phone

- Strong team working skills
- Able to deal with a varied and fast-paced workload
