We are looking for a Business Manager to join our growing team at this exciting time of expansion. The role of the Business Manager will be to explore and develop new business opportunities by prospecting new clients, developing warm leads, attending networking events and so on.

THE CANDIDATE

We need hard working, self-motivated individuals that are looking to make their next steps in their recruitment career. We believe in promoting internally, so the successful candidate will need to show a willingness to make it to the top!

Experience required:

* At least 12 months experienced within the Recruitment industry is essential

* Previous Business Development / New Business experience within recruitment is highly desirable

* Experience within Engineering / Manufacturing recruitment is highly desirable

THE ROLE

The responsibility of the Business Manager will be to continuously develop new business opportunities for the company.

Duties include:

* To provide a regular flow of live, well qualified new clients

* Negotiation of favourable terms of business with new clients

* Explore all avenues to develop new business - utilising new and existing tools

Tasks:

* To drive new business development activity within CG

* Negotiation of favourable terms of business whilst striving for exclusivity

* Regular visits to businesses and networking events for the purpose of new business and client development

* Introduce Team Managers to new and existing clients

* Preparation and delivery of presentations to potential clients
