Food Costing Analyst Opportunities

Our Client is the leading provider of inflight services to the world’s airline customers. They offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the UK’s major and regional airports.

They have exciting opportunities for Food Costing Analysts to join their Commercial team, one on a  permanent full time basis, and the other on a fixed term contract. Both these positions will be based from London Heathrow.

Within these roles, you will collate, review and input menu product, recipe and component information into the company food costing data base. Working and communicating with the development chefs and procurement department, as well as the local facility chefs, account managers and sales teams, you will present all contractual menu information whilst also producing and maintaining the commercial planner, ensuring all costing data is updated and maintained.

As the successful candidate, you will have a good understanding of food and food production methods. With a financial awareness and an understanding of pricing policies, including food costs and labour values, you will be analytical and will enjoy working with numbers.

Previous experience in a catering or food services environment is preferred, and strong IT skills are essential. An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, you will have excellent communication skills and will be able to meet strict deadlines.
