Permanent, 35 hours per week (flexi-time working arrangement available)

Currently, we own and manage some one thousand eight hundred homes within Rhondda Cynon Taff.
We are currently seeking a Performance Assistant to provide a comprehensive clerical and administrative support service within the Performance Team. You will effectively ensure a maximum of efficiency and responsiveness to the needs of the Group.
Proactive in your approach you will provide comprehensive administrative support in all aspects of rent accounting, service charges and associated procedures and assist with collating and presenting statistical information as required. Other duties will include assisting with the development of QL module, development, production and validation of Clearview and Housemark performance information and reports. Collating and analysing statistical information, including returns to Welsh Government you will also promote excellence in all aspects of customer service, including through the administration of service complaints and call monitoring.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer based service and will understand relevant organisational goals, and look to achieve your own targets and standards. You will have basic awareness of the legal framework supporting social housing and will demonstrate appropriate range and level of skills and knowledge for the role to include good literacy and numeracy. Further to this you will be able to take action to develop knowledge and skills through formal and informal training and learning opportunities. In addition to this you will be computer literate and demonstrate knowledge of Excel.
