As the Sales Negotiator, you will become an integral part of our vibrant sales team - responsible for negotiating sales, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:

  • Sales progressions - full procedure
  • Call out to all clients and promote services and properties, to book valuations and viewings
  • Dealing with all sales leads from phone calls, email and any other
  • Valuations
  • Full procedure
  • Taking calls
  • Registering buyers/vendors/landlords
  • Carrying out all sales and some lettings Viewings and open house events
  • Going out to local businesses promoting services (solicitors /accountants/news agents etc)
  • Calling vendors and landlords

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Good experience in property sales and preferably lettings too
  • Self-driven, with passion for sales
  • Ability to work in a small team and work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong decision maker
  • Well-mannered and respectful to others
