The job:
- Sell our unique recruitment solution to a wide variety of UK businesses using our refined and 9 years tried and tested sales process
- Manage all accounts that you win moving forward allowing you to build long lasting business relationships
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions where necessary
So if you have:
- A great speaking voice to communicate well with our business customers
- Commitment to put in the effort on a consistent basis to achieve the results that you want
- Money motivation
- An honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity
For those who have not had a B2B sales role before, or only managed a part of the sales cycle - this is an excellent opportunity to learn a B2B 360 degree sales role in a supportive environment.
What we offer:
- 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays
- We don't weekends or late nights
- A lively environment in a vibrant office
- Full training and ongoing support
- Basic salary which is between GBP18-26k
- An Un-capped commission structure with no geographical restrictions (That's on top of the salary on offer! Even our trainees can earn up to GBP40k in the first year)
- Home based working could also be considered for the right candidate
