Our client is part of a leading provider of advice, investments and wealth management both in the UK and internationally. They provide long-term investment solutions to help customers achieve the lifestyle they want for themselves and their loved ones.
They are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join them who will assist in providing an excellent client journey that is smooth and seamless, allowing them to maintain their industry leading customer service levels.
The successful candidate will be accountable for providing administrative support to various teams throughout the business using industry, product and process knowledge to administer all client transactions and queries accurately.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering excellent customer service coupled with outstanding communication skills, with 5 GCSE’s at Grade D or above (or equivalent), to include Maths and English and be able to work well individually and as part of a team. The roles are predominately data processing so having a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is important.
In return, we offer an extensive training plan which starts from induction, together with a £1,000 benefit allowance complimenting the salary to accommodate the non-eligibility for permanent staff benefits.
