This is a permanent position.
Cornwall Refuge Trust (CRT) is looking for an experienced Trust Manager with exceptional management and people skills.
The new manager will have the vision and determination to lead the CRT as a successful organisation that supports adults and children involved in domestic abuse.
This is a rewarding position that will see you help to turn the lives of domestic abuse survivors around for the better.
The trust manager will:
- Be responsible for the refuges, the 24 hour helpline and the volunteer project
- Manage staff, volunteers and service users
- Implement Health & Safety, Safe Guarding and General Data and Protection Regulation
- Look after financial and legal issues relating to the CRT
- Assist the fundraising consultant in writing new bids and completing reports
- Represent the charity at meetings and events
