About You 

We are looking for a Project Manager that has the skills to work closely with a multi-disciplined team of Developers, QA Managers & Account Managers across multiple locations to deliver high quality mobile and web products for a diverse set of clients.

We are looking for a hard-working team player that has first-hand experience of leading and managing multiple complex software projects. The Project Manager will have hands on experience of working directly with developers and clients, with knowledge of working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 

This is a spotlight role within a diverse team of skilled individuals that has a strong team spirit and drive to succeed. To thrive in this environment the Project Manager will have great communication skills with a passion for technology. 

Responsibilities:

+ The Project Manager will be responsible for project plans, strategy management and delivery 
+ You will create project plans and specification documents with the responsibility of project budget and efficient delivery
+ Liaise directly with both the client and internal developers ensuring up to date status and communication of the on-going projects 
+ You will maintain risk logs and work to mitigate any issues with projects 
+ Partnering with the Quality Assurance Manager you will work to approve final products 
+ Throughout the project you will act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality

Key Skills:

+ 3+ Years of software project management experience
+ Experience in delivering large technical multi-faceted software systems 
+ Experience in managing several development projects at any one time
+ Proven knowledge of working using both Agile and Waterfall environments
+ Experience in working directly with client/product owner or stakeholder groups
+ Strong communication skills 
+ Decision maker: Willing to take responsibility and able to make sound decisions
+ Experience of managing risk logs and proven methods of risk mitigation

Desired Skills:

+ Experience of delivering App projects
+ History of working in an agency setting
+ Knowledge of software product lifecycle
+ Qualifications in agile (eg CSM) and/or project management (PMP, PRINCE2)
