Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will take on a fast-paced role with huge variety where you will forge relationships and offer solutions that work for each individual customer organization.

Specifically, you will:


- Directly communicate with clients via the telephone

- Build relationships with both clients and colleagues

- Handle incoming enquiries from the website, directly from customers and leads from colleagues

- Positions products that will work the best for your clients through research and investigation of their requirements


About You 

We are interested in hearing from potential Business Development Executives from different backgrounds with a wide variety of experience and skills.


The core skills you will need are:

- Sales experience which ideally includes experience of prospecting
- The ability to work to and achieve sales targets and KPIs 
- The desire to learn 
- An organized, hard-working and passionate approach
- Hunger, ambition and a team player mentality
- The ability to learn a portfolio of complicated products and be able to describe them to clients
- Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to overcome adversity

We are looking for people who have held (or would like to hold) the position of Business Development Executive, BDE, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Consultant.
