PCB Assembly Technician

Gemini Tec Ltd is CEM, providing sub-contract electronic manufacturing services, focused on complex PCBA assemblies. Gemini is a family owned business having traded successfully for over 40 years. We work from a modern and clean facility based on the outskirts of Aldershot, in a friendly and professional environment.
Role: PCB Assembly Technician
Working in our PCB assembly production department, assisting with a wide variety of operations to manufacture complex PCBA boards and products.
Duties include: Stores, wave soldering, board handling, assembly, conformal coating, soldering, benchtop assembly to final packing. Learning the various methods and controls used in manufacturing.
The role would suit an energetic and organised individual looking to progress. You will need some background in the soldering of electronic components into PCBs. Min: 1 year full time.
Production technicians are required to read and understand drawings and detailed instructions and procedures - therefore GCSE level C/D upwards. .
Our modern ESD facility is air-conditioned. All positions are permanent 39-hour week with paid overtime. Benefits include pension (after 3 months). Free parking, 27 days paid holiday (plus Bank Holidays) per year. Paid overtime.
Hours:
8.30-5.00 Mon-Thursday
8.30-4.00 Friday
