Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Assistant for a well-established company based in Brackmills, Northampton.
The successful candidate will be joining an expanding HR team. Your fundamental responsibility will also be assist in the HR department and payroll. You will ideally have experience and a relevant qualification.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing new starter packs
Assist in job descriptions
Track absences and annual leave
Support with contractual amendments for new and existing staff
Help with providing professional guidance on HR related issues

Self-disciplined
Experience/Knowledge:
Previous work in HR and Payroll
Knowledge of Payroll Processing
