Internal Recruiter
Do you have a recruitment background and would like the opportunity to work for an international brand based in the Christchurch area? If so my client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the team on a 6-month contract with an opportunity to stay longer term. The company employs over 100 staff across several sites, so this person will need to be able to demonstrate that they could work with a variety of team manages and help source their recruitment needs.
As Internal Recruiter you will work closely with HR and take responsibility for the recruitment life-cycle, from attraction to on-boarding. Whilst recruiting high volume and high calibre candidates it will also be necessary to maintain up to date records, improve processes and produce accurate stats for the Board of Directors. This role will take responsibility for screening and interviewing of candidates as well as being the main liaison between the department heads.
