The Opportunity:
Our rapidly-expanding client are looking to recruit a part-time Assistant Human Resources Manager to join their team in Whistable, Kent. The successful candidate will assist the central HR management team remotely with the administration side of the company's recruitment processes. This will involve tasks such as: regularly updating hiring managers and candidates, sourcing candidates, and writing job descriptions.
The successful candidate will hold a CIPD qualification, or equivalent, have strong administration and organisation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced commercial office environment.
Whilst the Assistant HR Manager will be part of a larger team, they will be the sole HR representative in the Kent office on a part-time basis therefore it's vital you are self-motivated and able to confidently make tough decisions.
