Healthcare Billing Branch Manager - Southend

The Package:
Basic Salary 25-35K depending on experience and billing history.
Annual leave 22 Days rising with service plus bank holidays
Bonus to 20% subject to target achievement.

The Role:
Healthcare Recruitment based you will be ready, willing and capable of starting a new desk whilst running an existing team and making revenue generation your priority, coupled with service provision of course. You will be proactive, professional, persuasive and practical in your recruitment approach, not to mention self-motivated, sales focused and a proficient relationship builder.
You will be keen to increase margin and turn that into pound, schillings and pence for both yourself and the branch. This is a company who are growing from very stable directors and who knows where your career might take you!
