PLC Software Engineer - ideally suit 2-4 years experience - Cheshire - Permanent - GBP25-30kSamuel Frank Associates require a PLC Software Engineer to join a key client in Cheshire.
Your range of skills/experience is likely to include -
* PLC & HMI software development
* Robotics
* Ideally written software for bespoke special purpose machinery
Depending on your level of experience, this role will include support and training from the team of senior engineers in:
* SCADA Development
* Robotics ( ABB, Kuka or Fanuc )
You must:
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Be able to work alone and show initiative
* Have good customer facing skills and be flexible
* Have a full UK driving licence
* Be willing to travel throughout the UK & overseas
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious business in the Industrial Software & Robotics solutions industry. The client is growing, with significant new contracts and they're looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about Control Engineering/ PLC software to join a well established team. Having recently hired an Automation Engineer the client is looking to grow the team again due to significant new contracts being won.
We are looking for a Controls / Automation engineer who has at least 2 years' experience in developing and commissioning PLC ( Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi ) and Control projects. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to help carry the business forward into new markets.
You will need to have a passion for Robotics and/or Industrial Software to be successful in this role. The client is looking for a career minded individual looking to join a firm for a long and successful period.
The client is easily commutable from the following places - Stockport, Manchester, Ashton-under-Lyne, Cheadle, Altrincham & Macclesfield.
