Divisional Human Resources Director, Capita IT Services

In collaboration with the Executive Officer and Chief People Officer, the IT Services Divisional Human Resources Director will be a strategic Business Leader who will develop a people strategy and have overall responsibility for influencing and implementing the people agenda for the business, within the framework of Capita's policies, procedures and initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving an improved people culture as well as defining and implementing strategic people orientated transformation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Human Resources leader with a strong track record of leading the delivery of the people strategy, initiating and implementing innovation and the ability to present complex issues in clear and simple terms. This individual will have experience of implementing transformation and driving an improved business culture and will be collaborative, decisive and effective in their approach having previously worked in a large, complex, matrix environment.
