Our Premier VIP Customer Executives look after our best customers, (Premier- or VIP customers), giving them advice and presenting them with exclusive offers and opportunities, by telephone. Executives build up their own customer file from within our customer database and make sure they are informed about products interesting for them, selling to them and helping them to build up a meaningful collection.

Main Purpose
Our Premier VIP Customer Executives look after our best customers, (Premier- or VIP customers), giving them advice and presenting them with exclusive offers and opportunities, by telephone. Executives build up their own customer file from within our customer database and make sure they are informed about products interesting for them, selling to them and helping them to build up a meaningful collection.

Key Duties
Duties include but are not restricted to:
" Make outbound b2c telephone calls to existing customers offering them items from campaigns to the agreed standard
" Build relationships with our customers and provide product information for collectors of coins, accessories, medals and jewellery
" Use product knowledge to be able to identify customers' needs and requirements
" Account manage own customer base as well as increasing this by identifying potential premier customers from working on other campaigns
" Log all calls made and received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records
" Manage any written correspondence to customers when required according to the agreed standard
" Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
" Maintain company sales database, as well as being competent in the use of email, excel and word
" Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions
" Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
" Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
" Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
" Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
" Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
" In addition to these duties you may be required to carry additional tasks as and when necessary


Initially, this is a 12 week temporary position and can turn into a permanent position for the right person.
