An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Deputy Manager in a Children`s residential home within an established company.

If you are an ambitious individual currently working within Children`s Services and you are keen to progress within a company offering excellent opportunities for ongoing personal development, then this Deputy Manager position will be perfect for you!

Your job will involve supporting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the 4-bed Children`s home, and you will need to be flexible and committed to taking a person centred approach to the young people in your care.

If you have your Level 3 in Children and Young People and have 2 years experience in residential childcare, you will be perfect for the role and there are excellent management opportunities for you to progress as far as you wish, and work towards your QCF Level 5.
