Independent Options is a registered charity providing a range of innovative services for people who have a learning disability.
Due to the continued growth of our Supported Living services, we are recruiting for a Team Leader to ensure the continued high quality of our services.
As Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Day to day running of 2 tenancies
- Responsibility for rotas and supervision of staff
- Completing assessments
- Direct work with the tenants
About you
- Car driver with access to a car for work – essential
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible approach to meet the needs of the tenants

Working Hours
37 hours per week.
This post includes shift work, evenings and weekends as necessary.
