Part Time Administrator
We are looking for a experienced administrator to work within a manufacturing business in Inverness. Their goal will be to ensure that all admin tasks are completed within the set time frame to maximise efficiency and help maintain the smooth running of the office.
18 hours a week with a view to increase depending on the needs of the business. The applicant will have the flexibility to choose their hours between Monday to Friday.

Duties;
Sage tasks
Completing invoice checks.
Monitoring and rectifying stock codes
Gaining feedback on customer quotes.
Creating and maintaining pricing lists.
Petty Cash.
Maintaining and filing records.
The ideal candidate will be reliable and able to work with attention to detail. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
