McGill's is Scotland's largest independent bus operator and we are looking for experienced, energetic and proactive individuals to join our Duty Manager teams across the business.

[b]DUTY MANAGERS (permanent/full time) - McGill's Bus Service Limited
Various Depot Locations within the Renfrewshire/Inverclyde/Lanarkshire area
Role: 40 Hours per week - back/early shift. Competitive rate of pay.
Person Specification[/b]

PCV licence and CPC card - preferred.
Ability to deal effectively and professionally with a large variety of Driver, Engineering, Customer, and internal/external work enquires. Successful candidates must have the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to deal effectively with work under time constraints.
Able to work on own initiative and also work effectively as part of a small busy Traffic Office teams.
Successful candidates must have excellent people skills/ telephone manner
Excellent computer skills required - Microsoft Excel, Word and email Outlook packages.

Tasks
Responsible for the consistent, smooth daily operation of all Bus Services is maintained to a high standard and any issues are dealt with in a professional manner, whilst adhering to company procedures.
To ensure that daily Driver and Bus run out is dealt with effectively and on time.
Responsible for all necessary Traffic Office paperwork and administration is completed and delivered to the appropriate Management in a timely manner.
Investigating customer complaints/queries as requested by Depot Manager
Updating and maintaining the Midas system within the traffic office. (MIDAS computer package is used within the Traffic office and the successful candidate will receive computer training on how to use the MIDAS system)
Any other duties as required by the Depot Operations Manager
