The ideal candidate is a college/school leaver looking for an opportunity that offers progression and training without going to university!

We are looking for two charismatic individuals to join our Corporate Accounts team as candidate resourcers.

What the role will involve:

Candidates are at the heart of our business, we need you to find the best candidates to deliver to our clients:

• 180 recruitment role
• Focusing on the candidate side, no business development involved
• Sourcing candidates through various methods
• Arranging interviews - briefing candidates and providing them with necessary information about the role and opportunity
• Process management - guiding candidates through the application process
• Feedback from interviews and general admin
