Head of Human Resources - London -GBP75k
Based in London with some travel
GBP75,000 plus car and benefits
The Opportunity:
We are proud to represent one of the best names in quality and service- this client achieves quality for it's customer . HR is an integral partner to all areas of operations and the customer
The role will be heading up a newly established HR structure that will be striving to excellence in HR. This role will focus on the operations as well as head office functions to allow the UK team to provide the best possible quality of service to their customers
The Ideal Candidate will have:
In depth understanding of HR policies and processes
Experience of Comp and Bens would be a real advantage
Experience of managing a team, influencing at all levels and presenting at board-level
In depth knowledge of Employment Law
Experience of project and change management - company acquisition experience would be an advantage with strong TUPE experience
Driving continuous service improvement
Developing employee engagement - all levels
Oversee the development and implementation of management talent planning
Experience of using metrics for driving performance
Looking at innovation in areas of reward
