We are very excited to be assisting our client in the Dorset area with the appointment of a Head Therapist for their incredibly popular Hotel and Spa.

This is a unique position and offers a dream opportunity to work within this quirky establishment with stunning beach views.

As Head Therapist you would be providing treatments on a daily basis such as indulgent facial and body rituals through to signature treatments.

You will play a role in the day to day running of the Spa taking making sure the guests enjoy their guest Spa journey along with maintaining the company values as they have a pretty unique approach across their group of hotels.

Key Duties:

• Carry out treatments to a high standard
• Managing staff rotas
• Organising staff holidays
• Stock orders
• Staff re-training where applicable
• ooking at incentives to meet targets
• Managing a team or approx. 3 Therapists

We require you to have the following:

• Minimum NVQ 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualified or equivalent or CIBTAC/CIDESCO.
• Multi-skilled Therapist, good Massage skills is popular with guests
• Delivering an alternative and high-end guest experience
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Can offer a high standard of treatment and is confident in all aspects of the guest journey.
• Previous experience working in a spa environment or high end salon
• Great personality, professional but friendly and can put guests at ease
• Strong team work ethic
• Keen eye for detail ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience

Package on offer:

• Basic Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 Dependent on experience
• Hourly rate increases to GBP15.00 per hour when in treatments
• Commission paid at 5% on every treatment actively sold when working on Spa reception and 10% on all retail sales.
