Telephone Business Development Manager

As a Telephone Business Development Manager your main objective is to develop a database of existing and new intermediary members by identify their needs, pitching our panel lenders products and our services. You will need to maintain a great working relationship to be able to increase our active member numbers through unbeatable service and expert knowledge.

Responsibilities of a Telephone Business Development Manager -

Dedicated contact for your accounts to discuss new mortgage enquiries using internal systems to review lender criteria and help them to find the best solutions for their Clients.

Following up new business opportunities to increase business.

Communicating new product developments to prospective Brokers.

Using your expert knowledge to educate external Brokers on changes within the market.

Providing management with feedback.

Knowledge & Skills of a Telephone Business Development Manager -

Strong business sense and workload management

Excellent Rapport Building

Positive telephone and email manner

Tenacity

A working understanding of mortgages is advantageous but not necessary

The job is office based with normal working hours and conditions applying as per contract
