Purchase Ledger Administrator (Part-time, 25 hours minimum)

Kameo Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established and reputable company, based on the outskirts of North West Cambridge.

This position is being offered on a part-time basis and will require at least 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will work over 5 days but can choose the hours they work. However, for an exceptional candidate 4 days will be considered. The position also offers the opportunity to increase hours in the future.

This is a varied role which will see you using your organisation and administration skills. Our client has a fantastic culture and is open to speaking with candidates who are willing to learn the Purchase Ledger side. However, you will need to be able to prioritise your workload, have good computer skills and be a team player. Duties & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Administrator:

Supplier Invoice Processing

• Reconciliation of Supplier Invoices to Purchase Orders
• Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve discrepancies on invoices and statements
• Supplier Payments

Reporting

• Creation and upload of Monthly Despatch Reports
• Creation and upload of Monthly Data
• Monthly updating of various other internal reports

General Office Administration

• Answering main incoming telephone lines
• Sales order processing
• General office filing and administration
