COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT DRIVER - Immediate start
Witham
* Ensure that all fork-lift safety checks are carried out before the start of each shift, highlighting any potential safety problems to the area supervisors.
* Receive incoming stock from the goods-in and manufacturing areas.
* Ensure the safe location of all stock coming into the warehouse.
* Label all stock with clear identification.
* Ensure that the main fork-lift aisle is kept clear from stock and pallets.
* Use powered pallet trucks, pallet trucks, trolleys and sack barrows for material movement.
* Have involvement with stock taking.
* Carry out any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Essential Qualifications:
* Site computer system. (Training given).
* Manual Handling
* Experience in working within a warehouse environment. (Preferred).
* (2 years minimum) experienced counter balance driver with current licences
* Organised methodical work ethic.
* Following processes.
* Question when exceptions occur.
* Good team worker / member.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Accuracy.
* Forklift License Essential
