We have a new opportunity available, based in Chelmsford, for an Administration Team Leader.

This opportunity offers a salary up to GBP30'000, plus benefits such as holiday, pension and a great work environment. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45 am until 6.00 pm and on Fridays you work 8.45 am until 5.30 pm.

In this role you will be managing a team of four administrators and full training will be provided to support you. You will also support the management team with general HR, Accounts and office management related tasks.

Day to day you will be running the office administration function. This will include management of the office team, ensuring that the general office duties are carried out effectively. You will also attend meetings, take minutes at the meetings, type the notes up and distribute them. Other duties include data entry on various CRM systems and daily involvement with their accounts and payroll functions.You will also be working on Excel spreadsheets and making calls to external clients to obtain up to date information.

In this role you will also be asking the sales team for daily information, so strong communication skills are essential. This role offers lots of variety as you will also be organising staff appraisals and attending the appraisal. You will also assist with recruitment, inductions and training. As and when required you will assist with projects and work closely with the Directors.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need at least two years recent working experience in an office environment, working at a management, team leader or supervisor level. You will need strong administration experience, be an advanced Excel user, with experience on CRM systems and accountancy software
