Operations Manager - Premium Coffee
Location: London
Salary: up to GBP50,000 plus bonus and growth
This brand already has a strong footprint in France and are rolling a brand-new concept in London. Focusing on coffee this brand pride themselves on a premium product along with outstanding customer service. This is the chance to join a young project and work your way up as the company grows. You will oversee the roll out as well as be hands on and first point of call for 2 Store Managers.
- Ideally you will be French speaking
- Be flexible and able to be hands on
- Have a strong background in implanting structure and systems
The role of the Area Manager!
?? Coaches store managers to effectively manage labour cost, food cost, loss prevention procedures, inventory systems and cash control.
?? Creates and executes effective action plans and conducts follow up that drives accountability
?? Ensure full compliance with all required statutory and legislative standards & internal policies and procedures
?? Lead a team of 2 managers and their stores
Be a leader and maintain outstanding working relationships, to ensure a happy working environment.
